Project Overview:

We were awarded the contract to design and build a burial tool for cable laying, as well as the secondary steel structures for the “Windplan Blauw” project. The burial tool represents a revolutionary concept for cable laying in shallow water depths. By simultaneously managing design, construction, and leveraging strong, reliable project partners, we were able to complete the project within a record-breaking period of 4-5 months, including mobilization.

Scope of Work:

• Complete engineering, including detailed design and production documentation
• Certification of all components to applicable standards, including certificates for materials, welding, testing, etc.
• Procurement of all materials and components
• Fabrication and mobilization
• Design and delivery of the entire controls and sensor package
• Design and build of a customized chute
