Project Overview:

A leading overseas supplier of construction aggregate materials engaged us to design a deepwater marine aggregate dredge. In collaboration with a local construction company, we designed and built a specialized dredge for their sand extraction business. The dredge is capable of extracting sand from depths of up to 65 meters.

Scope of Work:

• Complete engineering and detailed design
• Delivery of an underwater engine
• Construction and delivery of a pipe position monitoring system (including sensors, cables, etc.)
• Delivery of sheaves and valves
• Supervision of the construction
• Numerous other smaller items
